The Sommers Development Group conducted the entire multi-phase project: permitting, initial engineering, environmental studies, excavation, site preparation, installation of sanitary/storms sewers, underground utilities, and also oversaw and managed the construction/installation of the homes.
The community has several unique natural features and topography, including a 10+ acre spring fed lake positioned in the center of the property. The extreme natural topography of the property allowed for the strategic planning and creation of home sites that were positioned very high in elevation overlooking the lake and natural wetlands. The community features walking paths, a community center, and a community pool.
